We collect only what we need to answer you. This page says what that is, why we have it and how to have it deleted.

Who we are
BLOK Studios is a web design studio in Sofia, Bulgaria. We decide how your details are used, which makes us the data controller under the GDPR.

What we collect and why
- The inquiry form: your name, your email, your company or current website if you give it, and your message. We use them to reply to you and to prepare an offer.
- Phone calls and emails: what you tell us or send us. We use it for the same purpose.
- Technical data: when you open the site, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and to block attacks. We do not use this data to identify you.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It has no analytics and no advertising trackers. We do not sell your details and we do not send newsletters.
Our legal reason
We use your details because you asked us to. You give your consent when you tick the box on the form, and replying to an inquiry is a step you request before a possible contract (GDPR, Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to office@blokstudios.bg.
Who else sees your details
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and stores the inquiries for us. Our email provider carries the messages we exchange with you. Both act on our instructions and may not use your details for their own purposes.
Cloudflare is a United States company. Where data leaves the European Union, it does so under the safeguards in Cloudflare's data processing agreement.
Nobody else receives your details unless the law requires us to hand them over.
How long we keep them
For as long as we are talking with you about a project. If no project follows, we delete your inquiry within 12 months of our last message.
If you become a client, we keep the documents that accounting law requires, for as long as it requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the details we hold about you
- correct them
- delete them
- limit how we use them
- send them to you in a common file format
You can also object to how we use your details. Write to office@blokstudios.bg. We answer within one month.
Complaints
If you think we handle your details wrongly, tell us first and we will try to put it right.
You can also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection: 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg.
Changes
If we change how we use personal details, we update this page and the date at the top.
