FAQ
Questions and answers.
What business owners ask us before they start.
How much does a website cost?
A one-page site starts at €349 and a business site at €649. Bigger sites, with more pages, two languages, bookings or a catalogue, are priced by quote. The price depends on the number of pages, whether we write the texts and whether your brand needs a new look. You get one price in writing before any work starts, and it stays as agreed.
How long does it take?
Up to two weeks from the day you say yes to the offer. You know the exact date before we start.
How do I pay?
Half when you accept the offer, half when the site goes live. You pay by bank transfer.
What do you need from me to start?
A conversation. Tell us what your business does, who your customers are and what a visitor should do on the site. You do not need to prepare anything technical.
I have no texts or photos. Is that a problem?
No. We offer copywriting and can write the texts for your pages. Tell us about photos when you write to us and we will include them in the offer.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Yes. We replace old and slow websites, and we build first ones.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and once the site is paid for, the site and everything in it are yours. You can take it to another developer at any time.
Where is the site hosted, and what does that cost?
Wherever you choose. If you already have hosting, we put the site there. If you do not, we help you pick a provider and set it up. You pay for hosting and the domain directly to the provider, so you are never tied to us.
Can I make changes after the site is live?
Yes. We offer a monthly support plan that covers changes after launch. You get its price together with the offer.
Do you work with clients outside Sofia?
Yes. We work with clients across Bulgaria and abroad. Everything can happen online.
Will people find my site on Google?
We offer SEO: we set up your pages so Google can read them and people can find you. Nobody can honestly promise first place.
Will it work on phones?
Yes. We build each page for phones and for computers.
Can you help with more than the website?
Yes. We also do copywriting, SEO, UI/UX design and brand vision. Ask us if you need something else.
